A Comprehensive Guide to Mindful Meditation

What do we do in meditation when we don’t have a real sense of self? We focus our attention on something external, such as a lighted Buddha statue, a song or a sound.
What does meditation do for us? It helps us to regain a sense of connection and awareness.
Meditation gives us the power to remain present at the moment. The higher our awareness is, the more wisdom and compassion we learn. Meditation helps us maintain a sense of connection with ourselves, others, and the universe at large. It can also help us to release feelings and tensions that have built up over time.
